Privacy and website enquiries

Your first enquiry can be brief. This page explains what to share through the website and how to ask Ava Aid about privacy.

What the enquiry form asks for

The form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, and your suburb or town in Victoria. You can add a preferred contact time and a brief message. These details help us respond and discuss the support you are looking for.

Keep the first message simple

Please leave NDIS numbers, full plans, medical records, identity documents and other sensitive information out of your initial enquiry. We can discuss a suitable way to share relevant information if it is needed later.

If you’re making a referral

Use your own contact details and make sure the person has given permission before you share information about them. Tell us that you are making a referral and give a brief outline of the support requested.

How website enquiries are handled

Ava Aid uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss next steps. The website and enquiry form use Webflow, which may process and store information as part of its hosting and form services.

You can also contact Ava Aid directly by phone or email if you prefer.

Ask about your information

For questions about privacy, access to information, corrections or record management, contact contact@avaaid.com.au or call 0457 797 878. Ask us for Ava Aid’s full privacy policy for details about participant and service records.
