NDIS information and getting started

Your goals are a useful place to start when exploring support. We can talk about the everyday assistance you’re looking for and how it may fit with your plan.

How is your funding managed?

There are three main options. Your plan can also use a combination of them.

Self-managed

You, your nominee or representative manage payments to providers and keep the relevant financial records.

Plan-managed

A registered plan manager manages payments and financial records for you.

NDIA-managed

The NDIA manages payments and records. Supports paid through NDIA-managed funding must be delivered by registered providers.

Before arranging support, we’ll discuss your funding, the services requested, relevant registration requirements and availability. NDIS funding must be used for eligible supports in line with your plan.

What to bring to a first conversation.

You don’t need to send your full plan or private documents with an initial enquiry. A brief outline gives us a place to start.
